An International Telecommunications organization required delivery of a high-value and high-profile communications migration project for the travel industry. The entailed migration of a Frame Relay Network to a high-speed Leased/Broadband/ISDN Network. The Clients internal project resources had proved inadequate to deliver this project so Conroy Consulting personnel were retrained to deliver it and the project was then successfully delivered ahead of schedule.
