An International Telecommunications organization required delivery of a high-value and high-profile communications migration project for the travel industry. The entailed migration of a Frame Relay Network to a high-speed Leased/Broadband/ISDN Network. The Clients internal project resources had proved inadequate to deliver this project so Conroy Consulting personnel were retrained to deliver it and the project was then successfully delivered ahead of schedule.

Semi-Public access was required to documents which, for legal reasons, they needed to distribute by fax. Fax documents are recognised in most International Legal Jurisdictions as having legal status with proof of delivery. We researched the market and sourced a suitable state-of-the art system for them. It was delivered, installed and operational with minimum delay. The system delivers documents automatically and reliably, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

This involved the design of Course Structures and production of Illustrated Training Manuals, Course Presentation Material and Practical Exercises.
