During the 10-day period [15 days for larger organizations] we follow the following formula:
DIAGNOSIS: A diagnosis of the current state based on interviews with key stake holders
APPROACH: Agree the scope and approach of any actions identified as needed
IMPLEMENTATION: Prepare the implementation plan, agree the business goals on which the success of the project will be judged and the measures that will be tracked to assess success. Prepare to kick-off the programme of work.

1 Project Briefing - Slide set to summarize & communicate the outcomes of the work done
2 Scope & Outline Design - Where to focus & what to change. How to execute the change - outline design and approach. Categorization of the business requirements into/out of scope.
3 Implementation - Outline Plan for Project. Roadmap orientation, Schedule of staged delivery of new capabilities synchronized with vendor deliverables [where appropriate].
